Join us for a special Heart Health talk. Sarah Herrera, from St. Mary’s Hospital, will spend the first 30 minutes presenting symptoms, risks, and reduction of heart issues. The second 30 minutes are reserved for Q&A, and a quick “hands only” CPR training (if interested) on dummies that will be provided. This CPR training is for personal knowledge and will not be presented for certification. Some light refreshments will be provided. Please sign up at either Information Desk to attend.
