    The beginning of our walk through Holy Week. A celebration of Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem. This service includes palm branches.


    One Great Hour of Sharing: Special offering taken on Palm Sunday used to improve the lives of people in challenging situations through three impactful programs: Presbyterian Disaster Assistance; Presbyterian Hunger Program; and the Self-development of People.  Envelopes will be available in the Sanctuary pews, MPR chairs and in the Lobby. Make checks payable to First Presbyterian Church with OGHS on the memo line.

    7:00 PM service in the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR)


    Remembering Jesus' final evening with his disciples before his betrayal and crucifixion. We celebrate Jesus’ example of humble service and extravagant love with the washing of feet and sharing of communion.

    Proclaims Christ’s death on the cross for the life of the world.


    5:00 PM & 7:00 PM: Kyrie "Lord Have Mercy" | Sanctuary

    A concert of Lenten choral classics and hymns performed by Music at First Concert Choir, Soloists and Ringers. Joined by Dr. John Howard, organist. Conducted by David Siemens.


    7:00 PM: Tenebrae Service | Multi-Purpose Room (MPR)

    We will observe Jesus' final hours with scripture and song in a candlelight Tenebrae worship service. As we recount the story of Christ's crucifixion, we will extinguish candles and fall into darkness.
