Stucco Work Begins |
| Wednesday, July 11th - We got to work right away this
morning and started some of the stucco work before we headed back to camp.
We are ahead of schedule. Doors and windows are going in, the roof is
getting finished up, and another day of VBS and soccer has drawn a lot of
people together. The highlight was hosting the family at our own campsite
for dinner. We shared with them, sang a special song (in Spanish), and
prayed for them. It was a little warmer - maybe 75 degrees with a breeze and a lot of sunshine. Itīs amazing to see how hard the students are working. One parent had never seen their child work so hard without complaining. Even better is the unity that God is building between everyone. Please keep praying that we finish well and take good care of each other. Pray also that we are able to communicate well with the family when we hand them the keys at the end of Thursday. This has been an amazing experience that we will never forget. |
