SUMMER
Great
Escape– This
week-long retreat at Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado is usually
the highlight of the summer for those middle school students who attend. The
students hear great speakers, experience exciting worship, have fun rafting,
hiking, enjoying the mountains, and learning about their Savior! This trip
usually happens the week on or before Fathers’ Day in June.
Short
Term Mission Trip-
In July 2007, our
high school group, along with many adult volunteers, drove to Tijuana,
Mexico to build a house for a family. We also led a VBS time for the kids in
the neighborhood where we worked.

We will return in July of
2008 to continue
showing God’s love in this tangible way.

We strive to provide a ministry to youth
that encourages and strengthens your student for life in the real world. At
the same time we want to support your family.
Know you are always welcome to call, email,
or drop in to talk about issues or concerns you may have. We have dedicated
volunteers who love God and love teenagers.
Let us know if there is something we can be
doing to further support family life in our ministry.
We know you are your student’s number one
influence and teacher, and we want to help you on that journey.
We will have regular family ministry nights,
and will also be offering Parenting Sunday School classes as well as an
adult Bible study specifically for parents beginning in October.
